I had a mechanical breakdown on my way to my family holiday destination and tried to activate my courtesy vehicle hire that I paid for and was told I can only make use of it when I'm in an accident and not when I'm having a mechanical breakdown I was very disappointed cause I really needed to go further on our journey can this information be disclosed to the kingprice clients in future.
