I had a great and clear conversation after some issues that I have had with the debit orders and Phumla took it upon herself to give me clarity and even lowered my premiums
I had a great and clear conversation after some issues that I have had with the debit orders and Phumla took it upon herself to give me clarity and even lowered my premiums. We paying for the this type of customer experience more than anything
