I had a claim registered on 13 January 2025
I had a claim registered on 13 January 2025. After several calls I was told my claim was authorised. I called on 21 and 22 Jan to follow up but each time I was promised that the consultant will Follow up with the service provider. Needles to say they don’t come back with any feedback. Today, 23 Jan i dealt with Okuhle Mangisa and she gave me royal service . Very friendly and yet very professional and efficient. It took no more than 5 minutes to have my claim resolved. Thanks Okuhle for being a superstar. You are true ambassador putting a spring in my step and a smile back on my face again.
