I had a car hire booked with group A, I wasn't satisfied with the options being given, JC helped me by explaining what needs to change in order for me to get the service needed, referred me to the right person for making the update, and ensured to escalat
I had a car hire booked with group A, I wasn't satisfied with the options being given, JC helped me by explaining what needs to change in order for me to get the service needed, referred me to the right person for making the update, and ensured to escalate the hire of the car as I had to travel. He was calm and very considerate.
