I had a breakdown and called my insurance company KING PRICE and got through to agent can't remember his name he was helpful and booked the initial break down for me but then I asked him to call me back as I don't think my airtime was going to last but then he didn't call back...then I called back then a lady called Cecilia Ncwane answered and I advised her that my airtime wasn't going to make can she call me back....about 3 minutes went by and no call from her either...then I received a WhatsApp call from her advising she tried to call me but couldn't as she think I might have blocked our number some time ago and it was 💯 correct I have blocked the number probably by accident....not only did she help me she went above her means of making contact with me to ensure i get home safe.....she was very polite and very helpful she is definitely an asset to your business and this is coming from someone who is also a Manager in a Contact Centre at WNS global services....give that woman a bells 🤗💓
