I had a bad experience with King price insurance

I had a bad experience with King price insurance. We are Paying a comprehensive cover on the 25th of February 2025 my spouse had an accident we called king Price as our insurance they send us tow truck and all the resources were on scene including Metro Police.The next day the accessor called us we gave him all the information that was needed while we waiting accessor told us that the claim was declined due to regular driver when Mr Mahlangu the accessor asked we said regular driver it’s me to support that i was called by the sales consultant on the 25th of February in the morning accident happened at night same day sales consultant reduced premium because of my drivers license since the records were showing that I’m the regular driver bt now King Price doesn’t want to pay the claim instead they are refunding all the Premiums from last year July I’m not happy at all about that company.Even last year September we had accident company didn’t pay it’s for the second time
