I got stuck and I needed their help to tow my car to the mechanic and within a few minutes they arranged a tow truck for me.The tow truck driver was very nice and he loaded my car and took it to the mechanic.This is a second tow within a short space of time and I was worried that they might decline. I'm very grateful for their assistance.
