I got assisted by Tshegofatso Ramaleba this morning after my car broke down

I got assisted by Tshegofatso Ramaleba this morning after my car broke down. Tshegofatso was calm, patient and kind throughout my uncer*****y and frustration of the situation. She made it easy for me to get in touch with her, was patient while I sorted out where to take my car and followed up twice to make sure everything and I am okay. I really appreciate that she was the person to answer my phonecall.
