I got a great customer service from Kwena

I got a great customer service from Kwena. My car battery had died since I hadn't driven the car for about two weeks, she asked if I was at a safe place which I confirmed since I was at home. She helped me with opening my car manually as I hadn't done that before. She went the extra mile by going on YouTube and did a research on how to open my car manually. She made sure that I really managed as she kept on communicating with me on WhatsApp to check if the car is unlocked. She then booked AA to come assist with boosting my car battery and she also kept on checking if the guy from AA had arrived and if the car has now switched on. I got back to her and told her that all is well. I really appreciate the constant communication and all the assistance I got from her. Much appreciation to Kwena.
