I got a call on Saturday morning but I couldn't talk because I qas busy with something important

I got a call on Saturday morning but I couldn't talk because I qas busy with something important. King Price Insurance called me later on the day and at end of the call I certainly felt like family. This afternoon I also got a call just to confirm if everything was in order and again the lady sounded confident and knowledgeable.
