I gave a call in distress because of my car breakdown

I gave a call in distress because of my car breakdown. Ms. Tlotlo Mogotsi answered the call asked me a few verification questions and told me help was on it's way. She called again to check if the tow truck had come, also called to double check if we were alright, she was good help until the car was at the dealership. I appreciated the help. Thanks Tlotlo
