I feel very painful about the experience I have with King Price, I had an insurance with them then the accident happened End of July this year,then they tow my car same time after accident, they were busy with the claim for almost 41 days and I had no car by that time staying away from home for a month with my three children since I am located in Ladysmith and the car was in Pietermaritzburg. The claim declined and they told me that the reason for that is that I didn't mention to them that I had gaps before them even when I explained to them that I honestly didn't understand their question and there was no need to hide that and I asked them that if the problem is that why they don't calculate the correct premium that I supposed to pay and tell me to pay it as they tell me that the difference is R48, to the premium that I was supposed to pay. I feel that King Price is running away because if fairly the reason is because of the wrong premium why they dont ask me to pay that difference. Boom claim declined and they will give me back my premium. Feel very sad because it shows that I was not covered.
