I dealt with Laurette via the whatsapp line on a few occasions she was always efficient and provided me speedy resolutions to my concerns and queries
I dealt with Laurette via the whatsapp line on a few occasions she was always efficient and provided me speedy resolutions to my concerns and queries. She also didn't mind having to call me on numerous occasions to correct my policy info as I kept getting it wrong. Amazing customer service received. 👏🏻
