I dealt with Anathi Gobeni, one of the Senior Financial Advisors. I found her extremely helpful in reducing my premium. She was polite, not rushed but rather patient with on old lady like me! Spoke clearly too so that I could understand everything..... reassuring too of future communication with KP!
