I called to adjust my details as I am removing my current car and adding a new one
I called to adjust my details as I am removing my current car and adding a new one. Melvin from KP called me and her was very thorough with adding my new car details and making the necessary adjustments to my policy. He explained every question I had and also explained some things on my policy which I might add at a later stage. He is very friendly, charismatic as well as cheerful. Def a star in KP. When you have people like this. It makes you feel at ease and comfortable especially through a call. Thank you Melvin.
