I called on Fri & was told someone will call me back & no one did. I called now & spoke to a lovely Gentle Garlon Visagie. When I explained that I waiting since Fri for a call back. He offered to call me back and put on hold until someone can assist. So sweet to save on my telephone cost. Well done on the excellent customer service
