I called KP as I had a breakdown in umhlanga

I called KP as I had a breakdown in umhlanga. I spoke to Abigail who assisted me in getting tow truck to tow my vehicle home. She advised me it will take 45 minutes to 1 Hour for the tow truck to reach me. The tow truck or roll back was by me in 20 minutes. The guy assisted me with no hassles. Abigail was so friendly and helpful, her pitch n tone was so sweet. She wasn't rude like some call centre agents you get these days. She then called me after a while to find out if I was oki etc. Thank you so much for your assistance.
