I called King Price to update my vehicle's details

I called King Price to update my vehicle's details. I spoke with Jerry. He was very polite and professional in his interaction. When done with the updates he asked me if I would to review some of my policy's details to see if I can save some money. To cut the story short...I walked away from a call with a big smile because I did save some money. This is recommendable for Jerry and King Price to take a proactive approach to save their customers money!
