I called king price insurance this morning with the desicion I took that am cancelling my car insurance and will hunt another one with better premium. Being as frustrated as I was my call was transferred to Mr Riba Gorogang, wooow the gentleman made my day, polite, patient and understanding just made my day. Mr Gorogang Riba reviewed my policy and gave me some options that lowered my premium, he politely explained and made me understand why my premium was gonna be increased. Am so happy and he really took away my car insurance stress. Hope he continue being excellent as he is. Not just that my premium is lowered but also because of his calmness, listened to me, explained and friendliness just made my day. Thank you Mr Riba Thank you Kingprice.
