I called King price about a week ago, I wanted to make changes to my policy that I want to now become a regular driver so they quoted me and their premium was super high that I couldn’t afford so I felt like I don’t belong in their family so I went on to look for something affordable. Today I called again to cancel my policy with them since I wasn’t happy and I spoke to Maurice who was assisted me promptly. Maurice was very friendly and showed interest in assisting me, he listened with interest and responded with warmth. As much as i wanted to cancel my policy he made me think twice and change my mind within two hours with the offer and service he was giving me.
