I called in to request roadside assistance because I had, had a mechanical breakdown. Tlotlo Mogotsi assisted me. She was incredibly polite and made sure that all is done timeously. Sometime after she called back to make sure that the Tow Truck had arrived as promised and that I was sorted. Always lovely dealing with individuals like her. Great job!
