I called in to cancel my policy as the premium was steep and I couldn’t afford it anymore

I called in to cancel my policy as the premium was steep and I couldn’t afford it anymore. I was assisted by a gentleman, unfortunately I cannot recall his name. My policy number is KP***, he assisted me excellently. When I called in I was frustrated but he managed to calm me down when he told me a story about a burger that he ate in the morning that he didn’t like. I was very impressed with the knowledge he has and the explanation he gave me about the annual increase in the premiums and that I can call every 3/6 months to review my policy and possibly get a decrease in my premiums.
