I called in after experiencing a mechanical breakdown with my vehicle on a Sunday afternoon just before sunset. I called the King price help line and chose the applicable option to log my breakdown. We did not even wait 10 minutes for the tow truck to arrive after which my vehicle was safely towed. The driver was also very accommodating by waiting with us next to the road until our lift arrived. The call centre agent Kwena also followed up with me regularly to see if we were ok and assisted which was extremely thoughful in a stressfull situation. Very happy customer!
