I am very humbled about the follow up on my policy and the courtesy received from King Price Insurance. I have never had an insurance company calling and asking if I am still happy with my policy. The policy was re-read for me with love and care. I was not happy with the premium increase and the lady referred me to Nicolas. Outstanding service from him and he really made my day. The leg pain I had was reduced when he decreased my premium from R1700 to R1386, 17 and I still had R280, 44. Thank you for the greatest service you are giving me.
