I AM STILL WAITING FOR YOU TO COME BACK TO ME AS PROMISED-PREMIUM REVIEW
I joined King Price in February 2014 and had never claimed from them. I am paying about R200 extra over the premium I joined back 3 years back. I am recently told that my premium will be increasing on 25 September 2017 due to anniversary review, I mean anniversary in September when you joined in February. I called them to clarify this issue and guess what...the KING is still coming back to me two weeks later and yes they have deducted the increased premium whilst they put me on hold, poor subject me. Should I complain, I guess not after all I don't have the right mos I am just a subject. It is okay, do not respond to me, do as you wish, this is the second time now this happened.
Although we never really enjoy hearing that our clients have been frustrated or disappointed by us, we do appreciate you bringing situations like this to our attention, so that we can immediately improve the service we provide.
