I am not happy with how Siphiwe is handling my claim 😩

I was assisted by Siphiwe at king price for my claim - Urg! I am not sure if I should say that she is *********** or unprofessional. At first she was looking for quotes, later she said my documents are missing etc. like king price approves claims but their claim processes are never smooth sometimes.

Sometimes you have to ask for feedback - and individual would not think they have to keep you posted.
