I am not happy when you increase my premium but you told me that King price decrease every month
I am not happy when you increase my premium but you told me that King price decrease every month. How come you increase my price by R116 knowing for sure that l never claim since l joined King price. This matter devastated me a lot. I was not in mind to check or compare you guys with other insurance. Always they call me and l rejected them. I will start giving them my full concentration to share with me their quote. I am not still okay. I don't want to lie, this hurts me alot after even trying to refer few people to you guy. You do this unbelievable things to me. I am very shocked my car is losing the value and you are Increasing my premium does this make sense. Not at all. My heart pump blood like nobody's business. Worried guy, I hear your explanation but when l joined was told no matter what my premium will never go up, so what is this ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
Here's the thing, like all insurers, we too need to implement policy rerates to keep up the rising costs of parts, labour rates, repairs, inflation etc... Which even we can't ignore!
These costs aren't linked to the value of your car, which as you know, depreciates monthly. And unlike other insurers, King Price takes this into account and DECREASES your comprehensive car insurance premium every month.
