I am in a huge financial situation and phoned them to try reduce my premium abit. I spoke to Maurice Valla, wow what a wonderful experience. He reduced my premium by +_R100 and spoke to me with such respect. I actually feel like I was speaking to a well educated, well manner respectable person. What honor to have dealt with him.
