I am happy that they take the time to reach out for me to reassess my policy options, excess, etc. One thing for development/improvement: I know that it’s best for business if I’m guided towards a decision that means I spend more money, but personally, it strengthens the relationship and trust if you consider what I want, what’s best for me.
