I am extremely satisfied with the assistance I received from Samu (Samukelo). She supported me fully with my insurance claims for my phone and TV and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. She was patient, helpful, and very professional, and she explained every step clearly. Thanks to her excellent service, the process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend her.
