I am done with king price

I have been insured with king price for more than a year and have paid more than R14000 in installments. But when you call to get assistance there is no answer at the claims department. If you request to speak to a manager he is never available. And the person speaking always responds sir/ mam you can speak to me. It took king price 4 weeks to settle a claim. Where the 3rd party was also insured with king price. I had to pull settlement letters. I had to request the natis documents. If i have not done it maybe the claim would have taken 2 or 3 months. I will never be insured by king price again. To top everything insuring another car with king price after an accide t increases your installment by double what it was. This is the excellent service we get. Sorry cheers.
