I am an informed client

<p>A few weeks back I had the privelege of taking out an insurance policy with King Price(upgrading my insurance status to that of ROYALTY) and was assisted by a charming and well informed ROYAL SERVANT by the name of Ms Thobile Magadlela. She explained everything to me and how my policy covers me and works. </p> <p>Now, My colleague in the office also took out a policy recently with company X and now has a claim. She is shocked to say the least about what she is told @ claims stage as she says she was not informed @ sales stage. Wow, I'm glad I wont hve to be her.
