I am a new policy holder for king price and I had a claim with them about my vehicle being ****** and recovered, my vehicle was at the king price yard for just over a month and I had a courtesy car from king price valid for 30 days, king price was messing me around by sending me back and forth for documentation when they could have told me what they required all at once, if they were not able to get any documents they would wait until I called them to find out what is happening to tell me they couldn’t get that documents and I must get it for them. Then king price didn’t want to extend my car hire due to them saying that it was over the 30 days and I will have to pay the extra feee myself, I would not suggest working with king price and the consultant Nkosinathi.
