I am a client of King Price insurance for more than 16 years ,since I join this company I have been more than happy, but now things have changed since king price work with Dot Sure , I have lodged my claim since last week Monday till now I have not been assisted. They told me that my claim has been approved they will communicate with the service provider to come and assist till now this Monday I have never receive any communication from the insurance. I have followed them up, and asked them for another service provider. my point is a lack of communication, every time I must call them to remind them about my claim. This is not for the first time. Even when I call the service provider they said they have not received any communication from King Price insurance, I am so disappointed ☹️
