Humbled by follow up of Tracey

<p>I wrote my complain on Wed because I received an unfair treatment from King Price which I can't repeat. They eventually cancelled my policy as requested. Today I received a call from Tracey Miller the Regional Manager. I wasn't happy at first to hear she is from King Price but her humility calmed me. She was unhappy about the treatment I received and was remorseful. Tracey refunded my bank charges without me requesting for them. The bank charged me R52 rand but she refunded R150. It's rare that we find leaders like this. People like her are truly honourable and deserve a praise.</p>
