How does King Price operate?

Query number: ********** Requested a quote. Got a quick call from an agent who offered me the best premiums out there. I request him to send me the quote via email. He doesn't do that. I email King Price to send me the quote, they send me a one page just stating the premium and the premium happens to be larger than what i was offered on the telephone.

I sent them an email saying cant they please include the whole quote, as in what is it that they are offering, the excess and conditions, like a normal quote should look like. I get a call from this rude guy who kept on telling me they cant send me a quote like that. That is not how they operate. They will only send me what is covered and conditions after i accept. How is that possible? How can i accept an offer that I can hardly remember what i am being offered?

I just thought, if this is how they handle new customers, imagine when it comes to claiming, this is the king of treatment I should expect. Maybe i should just stick to brokers.
