Hounded by KING PRICE

I made the grave error of signing up for King Price Insurance for my vehicle last year. You are promised that your premiums 'decrease' every month, what they fail to tell you is that a decrease by R5 on average is what you will receive. I found more value for my money with Auto & General (a dream to deal with). I notified KP of my cancellation in writing. I then received relentless calls from Kobus Loock, Client Care Consultant at King Price. A total of +7 calls were made to myself during the past 2 days in my business and private hours where he insisted that I explain to him why I was cancelling, could send me stats on how unreliable Auto & Gen were and continued to badger me about how he had to give me his advice. When I ended the call as he was aggressive, he then SMSed me to say my policy would not be canceled until I allowed him to complete the 'cancelation process' on the phone. At no time during the call did he attempt to assist in cancelling but rather bullying me into remaining with KP during my office hours. I requested his last name, a reference for the call and to speak with his manager in which he blatantly refused. Absolutely shocking! King Price, train your staff!
