Hot and cold

Unfortunately it took a really long time before the car would even be assessed. I called plenty of times before this actually took place which made it feel like it was never going to happen. After enough complaints my claim got escalated and I was helped by a "musketeer" that completed the rest of the process very quickly. I think getting to the musketeer took longer than it needed to but his service was exceptional and it felt like he cared. Happy with that! ?
