Horrific Service Ever - ******* Debited

These have been the most horrific service I have ever received from any insurance company within the country, I was referred to King Price Insurance by a broker on the 11 December 2020 and the consultant advised me that they will prorate me R1227.75 which was debited off my account on the 12 December 2020 which I didn't have a problem with which was going to run until the 31 December 2020. On the 15 December 2020 I received any quote which had more options than the one King Price Insurance offered me, I called on 15 December 2020 to cancel my insurance as took the new one with the other insurer. The sales consultant advised that the insurance is cancelled and no additional charge will be billed as I was within the period prior to the insurance lapse. On the 21 December, 2020 to my surprise King Price Insurance debited me R817.16 I only realize it now when I got my monthly statement from the bank, I need King Price to refund the ******** debit they did on my account and refund my monies taken *******ly.
