Horrid and unprofessional

I was in a car accident about 2 weeks ago where a taxi drove me off the road. My 2 wheels on the passenger side are damaged and with the impact, my can belt snapped.

It took about 30 minutes for the 1st tow truck driver to arrive and do the assessment. He was absolutely amazing, very caring and very helpful. By this time the transport they were supposed to send has been phoned 40 minutes ago and apparently has already been dispatched. The lowbed to take my car arrived about 20 minutes after the 1st driver.

My car was loaded and taken to their workshop in Johannesburg. This is already 1 hour and 30 minutes after my accident happened and 1 hour after the transportation has been "dispatched"

The accident happened 5 minutes away from a taxi rank and I obviously had all my belongings next to me as I had to remove them from my car. Luckily the 1st tow truck driver was kind enough to invite me to put my personal belongings in his bakkie and I could wait in his bakkie as well.

We proceeded to wait another hour and a half for my transportation to show up, I called every 20 - 30 mins and I got a different excuse every time. I ended up paying for a Bolt driver to take me as I had to get to work etc.

King Price refused to pay for the mechanical services due to it being "wear and tear" and when I phoned after the accident to get my car to a mechanic, and just pay for it myself, I received rude and short off service, if you want to call that service. It took them 2 weeks to just get my car to my mechanic so life has been extremely difficult without my transportation. I decided to cancel the insurance on my car and every time I call I get even more excuses as to why I can't. They have made my experience absolutely hell.

They were very eager to add extras on the insurance and very eager to call and let me know when exactly the debit order is going to go off. When I was really in need of service and I had no one else to rely on they properly stabbed me in the back and just turned a blind eye.

I would never recommend King Price to anyone, no matter how much you paid me.
