Horrible service - not recommend

Been insured 5 years with King price and I think it's time for change. My car broke down in a rural area this pass weekend 07/03/2020 and they I was towed in (Great tow in service) I have contacted King price on numerous occasions only to be told a consultant will contact me back. 3 days now. In the meantime I've been calling non stop with no word from them. They logger my breakdown as a accident and now I am unable to get my vehicle. This service is disgusting! Time for change!
