horrible service and inefficiency!!
<p>logged a claim for my phone to get fixed on Mondaythis week, four days later i have heard NOTHING from king price - i have called endless times only to be placed on hold and to be told the lady that submitted my claim is busy Lebohang Mabena. this is seriously pathetic service! i have been without my phone for over 3 days now and nobody seems to know whats going on!! can someone email me ********** and give me an UPDATE on my claim!!!!!! claim number CKP 202 706 3/2</p>
