Horrible service
Horrible service - got a pincher, logged a call at 11pm it is now 1am and I'm still stuck on the side of the road. After 1.5hrs They first sent an old drunk male who only had a wheel spanner that couldn't fit. I'm still stuck on the side

08 Dec 2023, 08:12I had a flat tyre on the M1, I logged call at 22.45 and after an our they dispatched an old man without any tools. He left without doing anything, the call was closed - I had to phone again to log another call. Basically I got home at 2.30am - horrible experience all round
