Horrible service

I referred my brother in law to King Price, he has been with King Price for some time and been paying his premiums without fail. He was involved in an accident over a month ago and reported the accident, King Price took their time to process their claim. He was promised a call back but he never received none, instead he was the one who kept checking the process of the claim. After a month he called again and he was advised that the claim has been declined because he did not take the car to the inspection. King Price has been deducting for so long and they don't even have the courtesy to advise their client that they are not covered because they did not take car to the inspection but they didn't fail to debit, and the horrible service he was given it is too much. When I called King Price to enquirer I spent an hour on a call and I was advised that King Price will call him back, none of that happened, instead when I ask there were not even records that I called.
