Horrible service

Horrible service, very quick to take your money and quick to call if no funds were received, but when it comes to claims they will find every possible way not to pay the claim. I called to advise that I'm moving home I added the new address on the insurance was advised my good will be covered the agent never said that it will not be covered while I'm transit. I offloaded the things to the new address my TV fell submitted a clam, was advised an assessor will come stayed home for 2 days to get a sms saying my claim was rejected.... Horrible service
