Horrible Panelbeaters/Slow Repairs/Out of pocket

I want to warn everyone wanting to join King Price. And those that are with KP, hopefully you'll never need to claim on your policy for your vehicle. We've been unfortunate to have had 2 claims very close to each other. Our one car is stuck at the Panelbeaters of THEIR choice for TWO MONTHS, due to poor workmanship and repairs done poorly. As per the policy schedule, I don't have a choice which Panelbeaters I want to repair my vehicle. So their mediocre Panelbeaters have had our car for 2 months and now after an attempted break into my other vehicle I need to take my car TO THE EXACT PANELBEATERS where our first vehicle has been stuck at. I don't have a courtesy vehicle anymore and the whole process is just lagging. My 2nd incident has been quoted for by the same panelbeaters without even seeing my car. The central locking is damaged and the alarm not working. So now my question, why am I paying for insurance if my cars are NOT going to be repaired in the condition as it was before the incidents? And why am I without a vehicle for 2 months because of the Panelbeaters of THEIR choice not repairing my car to satisfaction.
