Horrible kingprice

I have been with kingprice for 7years and not even once did I claim. Today when I need their help they decided to stop answering my calls. So my car's engine coolant light goes on and peeps when I start the engine. Phoned kingprice this morning and they phoned back to say a towing truck was on its way and sent a reference number via sms. 12 mid day I called back to enquire as I've been waiting since 9am, the lady said she'll call the towing company and call me back. Waited another 30minutes and tried to call back, even now am still waiting for the towing truck. Too bad I didn't take down the names
