Horrible Insurance
I am trying to claim for a ****** phone. King Price told me they need some document from vodacom, I have talked to 4 different vodacom consultants who told me they do not know that document. King Price is refusing to process my claim.

Please assist with a last usage date for the device from your service provider. Kindly note the IMEI number and cellphone need to show on the report. This can also be classified as an Itemized billing report. They will probably request your ID copy. Within 2 hours you should be assisted (by having the report)
