Horrible, ineffective service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I submitted a claim for my windscreen a month ago. King Price put me through to Autoboys Glass Fitment Services in Pretoria. They told me that they would not do any work until I had paid the excess. I paid it right away and send the proof of payment to them. The replacement work was then scheduled for 4 days later, on a Monday. The guys showed up an hour late, after I had re-arranged my work schedule to accomodate the appointment. To add salt to injury, they brought the wrong windscreen, even though they had the year model and VIN number. The fitment was then rescheduled for the following Monday. Again they brought the wrong windscreen even though the previous team had taken a photo of the windscreen. After that, I immediately called King Price as this was unacceptable. A week passed and Autoboys still hadn't called me back or ordered the windscreen. Only when I finally got through to them did they start sending email to Hyundai. Needless to say that King Price did not intervene on my behalf. I'm only giving it 1 star because it seems to be the minimum requirement for this site. What horrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
