HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Terrible experience with Kingprice Insurance! My car was inexplicably written off after a minor scratch and dent, despite being drivable with no internal or engine issues. The consultant, Okuhle, was initially responsive but went silent after sending a tow truck on July 25th. Despite numerous calls, Kingprice has failed to provide clear reasons for the write-off or adequate support. I'm still without a car, courtesy car, or assistance, causing significant disruption to my daily life. The lack of professionalism and communication is appalling, especially given my impeccable payment record. I expect better service from Kingprice Insurance. Okuhle she said I am rude for questioning her! The Manager Carmen Stellenberg is also unhelpful. This is really frustrating
